The primary responsibility of a crypto wallet is to safely and easily sign transactions with a private key for an account.

The minimal expected functionality of the alpha XP.wallet:

1. Creating a new account

2. Accessing an existing account

3. Displaying the assets of an account

4. Sending & signing transactions to a blockchain
